1. Each participant will be allowed twenty (20) outs. An out is any swing that does not result in a homerun.
2. A player can bring their own pitcher.
3. Pitches can be under or over hand.
4. Pitchers must pitch from the designated area.
5. Hitters must use the provided bats.
6. A homerun is designated as any ball that travels over the wall or the through the railing. If it makes contact with the railing and returns to the playing field it is an out.
7. If a ball hits any part of the building and still goes over the homerun line it is still considered a homerun.
8. When in doubt the supervisor on duty has final say on any batted ball.
9. In the event of a tie the remaining participants will each get ten (10) outs to determine a winner. The same format will continue for all subsequent ties.
