The recently-restored Performing Arts Pavilion (below, right) at the Royal Palace in Cambodia is a good sign that these arts are reviving.

Refined and elaborate music and dance survived for centuries, but were nearly wiped out in the genocidal campaign against the arts in the 1970s.
