Ms. Diehl is a partner with the law firm Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. Ms. Diehl focuses her practice in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt Financing and Venture Capital.

Ms. Diehl is also a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers and is a frequent writer and lecturer on various legal topics. She also is on the board of several civic and professional organizations. She graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1973 and received her JD from Syracuse University College of Law in 1976. She is admitted to practice in Maryland , District of Columbia , New York and Ohio .
